KUALA LUMPUR, SEPTEMBER 7, 2017 – International Entrepreneur Network (IEN) announced a new initiative to provide a practical solution for busy entrepreneurs in its network to earn an EMBA, provided by Asia Metropolitan University. Essentially a business sharing platform with a large emphasis on entrepreneur development & excellence, the 30-40 minute learning sessions conducted during the weekly business sharing meeting for members will now contribute towards credit hour exemptions for up to 2 elective modules of Asia Metropolitan University’s EMBA.
“Having dealt with thousands of entrepreneurs over the last 15 years of my own entrepreneurship journey, one cannot discount the need for continuous learning, not only to enhance their own stature in the market but also to provide new insights to help their businesses move to the next level. When we built IEN, we made the conscious decision to include education as a central part of our platform and we’re extremely excited that we can now provide even greater value to our members, maximising their time spent within our platform” said Esther Ong, co-founder of IEN.
Members of IEN who attend the regularly scheduled meetings will automatically start accruing credit hours and if desired, can complete the remaining 6 core modules and 1 research project paper with Asia Metropolitan University independently. This initiative is estimated to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017 after the qualification process for the provided syllabus is completed with Asia Metropolitan University.
